Absolutely NOT. The system has been designed to appeal to Users with very basic computer skills. We do not use technical language and it is very difficult to do anything wrong (either by design or in error). The system is operationally intuitive and every page has detailed Help to help you on your way.

The System is accessed over a Secure https link, so all data is encrypted while travelling "in the Cloud". Additionally, any links that are generated to Documents or Reports stored on the nerivo System have fully encrypted file names, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone to "hack in" and access your data. For example, a link to a Document might appear as:

This also applies to attachment links that are embedded in Emails that you send out. Finally, it is not possible to access any System functionality without being logged on.

You can use the System for free in Trial Mode but, as soon as you have exceeded our Fair Usage Policy limits or you have insufficient credit available to you then you will be locked out of the System until you have deposited funds into your Account. You don't have to guess when this happens, you will be presented with an Account Topup Screen when you logon if you are out of credit or have exceeded Trial Mode limits. All System functionality will then be on hold until you have deposited funds to your Account (via Paypal, Mastercard or Visa). The Billing Contact will also be sent an Invoice every time you topup your Credit (and the Invoice can be reprinted from within the System, as long as you are an Admin User).

Every time you send an Email or SMS Message then the cost of that Message will be dynamically deducted from your available Credit and a transaction record will be logged. Additionally, on the anniversary date of becoming a paid customer a Monthly Charge transaction will be raised (if you were moved from Plan 2 to Plan 3, then the monthly charge will be pro-rata'd). This transaction will include your Monthly Subscription charge as well as your Document Storage charge. Finally, your available Credit is always displayed on login (Admin Users only), so you will always know when your Credit is running low.

You can always search on recorded transactions at any time to see what you have been charged for.

Given the complexity of the technology, it would take decades of programming hours for us to implement SMS gateways, robust and secure Document storage solutions and reliable Email delivery infrastructure without utilising the services of subject experts in each of these fields. As a result, we have sourced reliable and reputable 3rd party providers that offer an API (Application Programming Interface) to their systems. We assemble the various messages within the nerivo system and transparently hand the messages over to our business partners who take care of the delivery of the packets. We have carefully selected our 3rd party partners for the security and reliability of their systems. This reliability and security comes at a cost. We have structured our pricing models to reflect the best possible outcome for all parties while continuing to provide a premium service to our User base.

YOU may be able to send Emails and SMS messages for free using your Mobile Phone or an Email program (like Microsoft Outlook). However, it is unlikely that other Office Holders within your Organisation will have access to your Email and Phone number lists. With nerivo, all Phone numbers and Email addresses are stored in a "Cloud based" central database and are accessible to any User with the appropriate rights to contact the intended recipients. This means that Users can send messages from anywhere on any device - all they need is an internet connection. Additionally, if an Office Holder leaves your Organisation, then the Phone numbers and Email addresses often leave with them. This cannot happen if you are using the nerivo system.

The price of an SMS may increase if the message length exceeds a certain number of characters. This is controlled by the Telco providers. For example, a message up to 160 characters long may cost $x, messages between 161 and 304 characters may cost 2*$x, messages between 305 and 456 characters may cost 3*$x, messages between 457 and 608 characters may cost 4*$x and messages between 458 and 760 characters may cost 5*$x. The actual message length breaks may vary slightly depending on the Telco provider we are using at the time. But don't worry, you are able to check the cost of a message before you send it and we will dynamically offer suggestions on how you may be able to reduce the price.

When you send an SMS message or Email it will normally be delivered to the intended recipient/s within a few minutes. The actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on the work load of our Delivery Business Partners.

nerivo has been tested on iphones, ipads, android devices, apple macs and windows PC's and will automatically adjust its' display characteristics to fit the device being utilised.

You can do most of the things you can normally do in a fully featured email program (like Outlook). This includes:
